Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our growing HR team. The HRBP will play a key role in driving various HR functions, including recruiting, compensation and benefits, employee development, policy enforcement, and partnering with leadership to deliver on HR initiatives. This position involves a mix of strategic and tactical responsibilities and offers opportunities to work on global or large-scale projects within a fast-paced and expanding organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Leader Partnership (20%)
    • Serve as the primary HR contact for executives within the assigned business areas.
    • Collaborate with leadership to brainstorm, develop, and implement HR deliverables.
    • Understand and navigate cross-cultural considerations when partnering with business leaders.
    • Support expatriate employees, ensuring their transition and ongoing needs are addressed.
  • Recruitment Support (20%)
    • Manage the recruitment process for assigned roles, ensuring alignment with departmental needs.
    • Collaborate with Compensation & Benefits to negotiate offer packages.
    • Coordinate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process and a positive new hire experience, including participating in new hire training.
  • HRIS Support (20%)
    • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for HRIS systems, including SAP-HR and ADP.
    • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the HR systems.
    • Participate in HRIS audits, process automation projects, and analyses to support reporting and decision-making needs.
  • Reporting & Insights (15%)
    • Generate reports on HR metrics such as employee experience, hiring success, attrition, and exit interviews.
    • Assist with the preparation of monthly headcount reports and HR scorecards for senior management.
    • Support ad-hoc reporting requests, including cost analysis for specific employee cost centers.
  • General HR Support (15%)
    • Address HR-related inquiries from employees and provide guidance on relevant policies.
    • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies.
    • Manage interactions with HR vendors for specialized services, including billing and reconciliation.
    • Conduct new hire check-ins and assist with other HR-related tasks as needed.
  • Continuous Improvement (10%)
    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance HR operations.
    • Collaborate on local, national, or global HR projects or initiatives.
    • Assist senior HR leadership with budget planning, merit processing, and other administrative functions.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
    • Proven ability to partner with senior leadership to deliver on HR initiatives.
    • Strong project management and deadline management skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Experience with HR data analysis and reporting.

    Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
