We are expanding our Corporate IT team and looking for an Adaptive Insights Implementation Specialist to help drive our financial and operational planning transformation and ensure ongoing performance, maintenance, and optimization of our platform. This is a high-visibility role where your insights will help shape strategic decisions at one of the most recognized brands in the quick lube industry.
  • Own the implementation and optimization of Workday Adaptive Planning
  • Support and enhance the Workday Adaptive insights planning environment to meet evolving business needs
  • Collaborate directly with senior leadership (C-suite, FP&A, HR, and Operations)
  • Access early adoption Workday features before they hit the market
  • Develop your expertise in advanced analytics and financial modeling
  • Drive impact by reshaping the way we forecast, budget, and analyze financials and procurement


You will need strong modeling, analysis, and communication skills to work closely with Senior Operations and HR leaders to help them make informed and data-driven decisions. At TCC, you will have an opportunity to lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the Workday Adaptive Insights Planning system. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design financial models, and provide training to ensure effective utilization of the system.

Key responsibilities:
  • Implementation and Maintenance: Lead the continued deployment of Workday Adaptive Planning, including the development and maintenance of financial models, forecasts, budgets, inbound and outbound integrations with Workday.
  • Configuration & Integration Management: Oversee the configuration of the system to support business needs and maintain smooth integrations with Workday and other platforms. Monitor system performance, resolve issues, and implement enhancements as needed.
  • System Testing and Troubleshooting: Conduct comprehensive system testing to identify and resolve issues, ensuring a smooth implementation process.
  • User Training and Support: Develop training materials and conduct sessions for end-users, offering continuous support to enhance system adoption and proficiency.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Design and implement financial reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, configurations, and assumptions within the system for auditing and reference purposes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with finance, IT, procurement, and operations departments to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Adaptive Planning solutions.


Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing and configuring Workday Adaptive Insights Planning solutions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting within Workday Adaptive Insights Planning.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Certifications: Workday Adaptive Planning certification is essential.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or corporate finance.
  • Familiarity with other Workday modules and their integration with Adaptive Planning.
  • Project management experience with a track record of leading successful system implementations.


The position is on-site (TCC Corporate office, Irving, Texas) with initially all days in office, open to 1-2 days of hybrid per week after the ramp-up period.
