Position Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in driving the recruitment strategy and identifying top talent for critical positions across our technology and healthcare divisions. You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for a variety of roles, ensuring that we attract the best-fit individuals to support the company's growth and success. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of recruitment experience with a proven track record of filling both technology and healthcare positions.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for technology and healthcare positions, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and help define candidate profiles for various positions.
  • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques, including social media, networking, referrals, job boards, and headhunting, to identify high-quality candidates.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure alignment with the company culture and role requirements.
  • Manage the candidate experience to ensure a positive and professional process from start to finish.
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on recruitment best practices and compensation trends.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant laws.
  • Collaborate with the HR and leadership teams to support diversity and inclusion initiatives within recruitment efforts.

Qualifications :
  • 5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years focused on technology and healthcare roles.
  • Experience recruiting for a variety of positions, including but not limited to software engineers, data analysts, clinical roles, medical professionals, and healthcare operations.
  • Strong understanding of both technology and healthcare industry trends and job market dynamics.
  • Proficient in using an applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about talent acquisition.
  • A collaborative mindset and passion for delivering exceptional results.

Preferred :
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Healthcare or technology recruitment certifications (e.g., AIRS, SHRM-CP).
