Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Engineering Technician II to join our team in Milpitas, United States. In this role, you will be involved in the development, testing, and debugging of our next-generation high-capacity enterprise SSDs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration, contribute to automated testing improvements, and mentor junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
" Execute and maintain comprehensive system integration test plans and test cases.
" Implement and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
" Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking systems.
" Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve integration issues and ensure system compatibility.
" Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
" Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.
" Mentor junior team members and share best practices in testing methodologies.
Required Qualifications:
" Experience with SSD testing in an enterprise server environment.
" Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
" Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
" Strong background in system integration and interoperability testing.
" Experience with scripting languages such as Python and Shell scripting.
" Experience working with Windows and Linux OS on servers.
Preferred Qualifications:
" Previous experience with testing enterprise SSDs and related technologies.
Education:
" Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
" 3+ years of experience in system integration testing or a related field.
Contract Duration:
" Full-time, permanent position.
