Sr. SailPoint IIQ Developer responsible for the ongoing support and service maturity of the IAM program for our large insurance client.
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Hybrid, 3 days per week in Toronto, London ON or Winnipeg
Overview:
The SailPoint Developer responsible for the ongoing support and service maturity of the IAM program and must have experience with SailPoint IIQ developing/maintaining code and the following capabilities/functions within the platform and IAM service as a whole:
Deliverables:
Performs security analysis with business and technology partners to ensure technology solutions and workflows are compliant with internal requirements and regulatory guidelines Build access management roles working with the business to ensure alignment of entitlements Works with Canada Technology staff and Business application support and external vendors to support IAM technologies and integration with business systems Maintain solution documentation for ongoing maintenance and support of service With guidance from the Technical IAM Associate Manager participate in the application onboarding process Collaborate with application and business owners to ensure roles and entitlements are assigned appropriately according to business need Maintain solution documentation for ongoing maintenance and support of service Provide second level support and on call support. Troubleshoot and remediate advanced application issues Analyze impact of IT environment changes and upgrades on IAM/PAM/Authentication services coordinating testing and change management Participate in the development, execution and documentation of test plans

The SailPoint Developer responsible for the ongoing support and service maturity of the IAM program and must have experience with SailPoint IIQ developing/maintaining code and the following capabilities/functions within the platform and IAM service as a whole:
- Lifecycle Manager
- Compliance Manager
- Application On-Boarding
- Access Request
- Automated Provisioning
- Password Management
- Workflows
- Quicklinks and custom forms Participate in and/or lead user acceptance testing and bug-related engineering efforts.
Deliverables:
Must Haves:
- Sailpoint and CyberArk experience
- Java, PowerShell, Python scripting.
- 6+ years' experience applying IAM concepts when creating, modifying or deprovisioning identities and their associated access
- Knowledge of Active Directory Organizational Units, groups and user attributes
- Basic understanding of authentication protocols such as LDAP and SAML
- Solid understanding of AWS and Azure
- Familiarity with networking concepts
- Understanding building and managing infrastructure systems
- Knowledge of ITIL practices and processes
Nice to Haves:
- Security certification is a strong asset
