Pay range for this position is 65,000 - 130,000.

What you'll be doing:
- Build and maintain strong Guardians referrer and partner relationships to foster loyalty, satisfaction, and generate referrals to inpatient treatment
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with Guardians partners, ensuring their satisfaction and trust while driving referral growth
- Serve as the trusted primary contact for Guardians partners, handling inquiries and resolving escalations with care and professionalism
- Implement creative retention strategies that strengthen partner engagement and encourage repeat referrals
- Proactively identify and pursue new referral channels through strategic outreach and relationship-building
- Host impactful facility tours, productive partner meetings, and engaging events within your territory
- Represent the organization with pride at industry events, conferences, and exhibits, expanding your network and influence
- Create customized account plans, including strategic outreach, compelling proposals, and well-crafted RFP responses
- Strategically plan travel schedules to maximize efficiency and ensure comprehensive territory coverage
- Monitor and analyze referral volumes, territory performance, and needs assessments to inform strategic decisions
- Manage budgets, track expenses, and align efforts with financial objectives
- Stay ahead of the curve on resources, policies, funding opportunities, and trends as it relates to Guardians' mental health and addiction care
- Work closely with internal teams to align goals and deliver exceptional results for our partners and patients
What we're looking for:
- Lived experience having worked as a First Responder, Military or Veteran for at least 5 years, with a passion for mental health
- Involvement in mental health focused initiatives such as wellness committees, peers support, CISM or reintegration is preferred
- Bachelor's degree or a diploma in a health-related discipline is preferred
- Deep understanding of First Responder, Military and Veteran organizations & mental health in Canada and possibly an established network of contacts
- Excel at growing referrals by building meaningful, trust-based relationships and delivering consultative sales solutions
- Exceptional interpersonal, written and presentation skills that enable you to connect with diverse Guardians partners, even in high-pressure and formal settings
- Confident using virtual meeting platforms and remote collaboration tools to stay connected and efficient; proficiency with a CRM is desired but not required
- Outstanding time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage your schedule at all times
- Analytical and resourceful with a keen ability to gather insights and make informed decisions
- Eager to deepen your understanding of mental health and addiction recovery terminology and evidence-based practices
- Respect for patient confidentiality and upholding privacy regulations with the highest level of integrity
- Collaborative team player who works seamlessly across departments to align strategies and drive results
- Knowledge of business development and budgeting principles to enable sound financial decisions
