The Sales Strategic Planning & Operations team is seeking an experienced Operations Lead to design and implement efficient operational cadences for Meta's partner Incentives team. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing greater operational rigor to global revenue-driving programs by applying a data-driven approach to define and drive the end-to-end execution of complex operational initiatives.

Partner Operations Lead, Monetization Incentives Responsibilities
- Oversee the operations of our partner incentive programs, ensuring that it meets the business performance standards and targets (i.e. service levels, efficiency, partner satisfaction, cost etc.).
- Be responsible for managing Meta's deal registration process, ensuring deals are accurately submitted, reviewed, and approved in a timely manner.
- Develop comprehensive project plans to redefine existing operational processes, including end-to-end documentation, problem statement definition, and overall alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with technical stakeholders to translate business plans into tangible solutions that drive automation to our programs, including input on technical feasibility and trade-offs, project coordination, and tracking key execution milestones.
- Maintain an understanding of our product roadmap and go-to-market strategies to inform and optimize the operational timeline for incentive execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, and facilitate decision reviews on open process design and business models, documenting decisions and impacts to requirements.
- Maintain compliance and audit readiness, ensuring deal approvals align with internal policies, track key documentation, and support audits as needed.
- Drive projects end-to-end in partnership with teams from Revenue Accounting, Legal, Engineering, and Program Management, ensuring effective program execution and alignment across teams.
- Design, develop, and maintain a unified suite of tools that enable business teams to efficiently manage programs from intake to payout, leveraging automation to drive seamless daily operations and informed decision-making.
- Oversee project deliverables, proactively identify and mitigate risks, and drive timely resolution of issues to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Develop and track key performance indicators to measure program success, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for improvement to drive business growth and goal achievement.
- Conduct analytical projects using internal and external data sources, including revenue, product, and market trends, to inform program development, decision-making, and optimization.
- Manage all communications, including project and program updates, key decisions, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring transparency, alignment, and effective collaboration across teams.
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop actionable recommendations to drive business outcomes and improve program effectiveness.
Minimum Qualifications
- 6+ years in operations management roles such as sales operations, partner operations, deal desk or revenue operations in an enterprise or Business-to-Business environment
- Experience leading initiatives and driving results in large scale global organizations
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record for using data to develop and implement initiatives and drive key business decisions
- Proven experience in designing, optimizing, and executing processes that drive business growth, with a proven focus on customer support strategies
- Proven track record of collaborating with technical teams, including Engineering, Product Management, and Data Engineering, to drive business outcomes
- Experience in compliance and payments, with demonstrated experience to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, including Legal, Finance, and Accounting
- Advanced experience with Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slide
- Operational background and understanding of enterprise sales processes, knowledge designing and scaling efficient processes, experience working with stakeholders from both business and technical backgrounds, and thrive in a changing and fast-paced environment delivering against tight deadlines
- Bachelors degree
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with deal registration processes and partner programs, particularly in a tech, SaaS, or platform-based company
- Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles, including partner-led and direct sales motions
- Understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and deal registration tools
- Experience in Deal Desk, Incentives, and/or Sales Operations, with an understanding of deal structuring, incentive program design, and sales process optimization
- Experience working in a matrix structure within a globally operating organization
- SQL experience working with large datasets
