About the Role

In this leadership position, you will develop and execute innovative strategies to grow corporate sponsorships, donor relations, and grant funding opportunities. You will work directly with key partners to drive revenue, enhance WinSport's brand presence, and ensure long-term financial sustainability. A key part of this role will also be building and leading a team dedicated to fund development success.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sponsorship and fundraising strategy.
• Identify, cultivate, and secure corporate partnerships that align with WinSport's mission.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, ensuring meaningful engagement and long-term support.
• Lead the development and execution of donor programs, fundraising campaigns, and grant applications.
• Collaborate with marketing, events, and operations teams to maximize sponsorship activations and partner visibility.
• Oversee sponsorship fulfillment, ensuring all contractual obligations are met and exceeded.
• Establish and lead a high-performing Fund Development team, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional growth opportunities.
• Utilize data insights and industry trends to refine fundraising and sponsorship strategies for optimal results.
