About the Role:
The Manager of Audio Investment will manage a team of Associates and Sr. Associates on audio investments across several high-profile accounts. They will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day workflow, manage client deliverables and timelines and report in to Associate Media Director. They will be the lead contact for all issues, requests, Client/Strategy discussions and be responsible for training and providing mentorship within a tight knit team, as they work to provide holistic buying through a data-driven and client-centric approach. They will assist with presentations and the gathering of information and materials.

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.
Compensation Range
$80,000-$90,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.

- Possess strong knowledge of buying and planning Audio across all platforms (Terrestrial Radio, Streaming Audio, Podcasts)
- Create solutions and solve problems using data/research with the ability to draw insights
- Manage client deliverables and ensure timely delivery of buys/tracking/reporting
- Embrace the team approach and able to build strong relationships with all internal teams across the U.S
- Able to train, educate, involve, and assist junior team member
- Able to create recommendations and effectively present to clients
- Ensure collaboration while processes are handled by the appropriate team members and timelines are established for all projects
- Work internally with Strategy, Marketing Science, etc. to innovate for OMD clients
- Utilize Agency research, systems, and data to view platforms, properties, and deliveries for planning, buying, and reporting
- Able to effectively negotiate client plans and guide Sr Associates in communication
What We're Looking For:
- 3-5 years' experience in Media Planning or Investment
- Knowledge of national audio planning and investment tools, including
- Terrestrial - ACT 1
- Digital Audio - Prisma, CM360, Podcast planning tools (e.g. Podchaser), DSP knowledge a plus
- Analytical aptitude
- Strong attention to detail & organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task & shift focus across initiatives as needed
- Strong interpersonal skills & ability to collaborate and work as part of a team
- Strong presentation skills - comfortable presenting information to clients via conference call and in person)
