Your Role

The Product Manager, Endocrinology / HIV will implement specific HCP digital, non-personal programs, field sales tools, and conference planning/management. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily execution of the brand plans and the management of key marketing operation processes. The role will report to the Director of Marketing, Endocrinology/HIV and be an integral team member of the HIV Marketing Team.

Location: Seaport MA

Travel: 25%

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications:
  • BA/BS required in business or marketing
  • Minimum of five years marketing/brand management or related experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry
  • English required

Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Related experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry with a focus on HCP marketing
  • Strong project management experience and understanding of marketing principles
  • Strong knowledge of material development (including process, regulations, and strong command of clinical data)
  • Experience managing vendors and contractors and a marketing budget
  • Collaborative work style and familiarity with core operating functions (sales, marketing, regulatory, legal, medical and global marketing)
  • Proven track record of influencing without authority
  • Proficient level of skill in Excel, PowerPoint and Word


Pay range for this position: $117,600 - $155,000

Our ranges are derived from several sources, and largely reliant on relevant industry market data.
