Responsibilities

The mission of Brand Innovation team is to help business achieve their true branding goals with flexibility, efficiency, and creativity, while seamlessly marrying TikTok's most compelling user experiences into branding experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for building brand ads solutions to improve advertising effectiveness and efficiency. Lead product strategy and roadmap planning for traffic strategy optimization and ad format innovations.
- Collaborate closely with product marketing, sales, agencies and clients to deeply understand advertising market dynamics and customer needs, build brand advertising solutions to deliver value for our customers and drive revenue for the platform.
- Strengthen product solutions and enablement tools for premium ad products to gain large video budgets at scale.
- Proven record of building shop advertising products

Qualifications

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager
- Deep understanding of ad tech and brand advertising, expertise in traffic strategy
- Excellent problem solver, goal and data driven, strong ownership, excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Preferred background in digital advertising
- Experience working in a start-up environment
