Minimum Qualifications:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification in Family Medicine or eligibility for certification.
- Valid medical license to practice in the state of New Jersey.

- Experience in a primary care setting, particularly in family medicine.
