- Starting Pay: $90-110k base plus 20% bonus potential
- Benefits: Full standard benefits for full-time employees.
About the Role:
- Lead & Manage: Oversee Branch Service Managers/Supervisors and a team of Leak and Repair RHINOS.
- Recruit & Retain: Handle recruiting, hiring, training, and keeping your team happy and motivated.
- Set Goals: Establish and monitor stretch goals, conduct regular reviews, and keep everyone on track.
- Cultivate Culture: Maintain a fun, healthy work environment that balances work and life.
What We're Looking For:
- 1 year experience at RR required.
- Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role, demonstrating the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of the pool industry specifically with all things RED RHINO is strongly preferred.
- Strong sales and business development skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
