Job Title: X-Ray Technician
Job Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology
Job Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Day 4x10-Hour (12:30 - 23:00), with every third weekend
Guaranteed Hours: Not specified
Experience: 1-year experience required
License: Valid license required
Certifications: BCLS & ARRT
Must-Have: EPIC experience
Job Description:
- Work on the second shift from 12:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., including every third weekend.
- Perform X-ray procedures and operate related equipment such as GE Siemens and portables.
- Utilize PACS for imaging storage and retrieval.
- Provide on-call support as required.
- Maintain accurate charting through EPIC.
- Adhere to flu vaccination requirements, with medical exemptions only.
- Ensure strict compliance with fingerprinting and credentialing processes.
- Submit two professional references, with at least one from a formal leadership role such as manager, director, or supervisor.
- Former employees are eligible for travel assignments after being away from the facility for six months or more.
- Current employees are ineligible for travel assignments within the organization.
- Education must be accredited by ACEN or CCNE.
