Responsibilities

The Marketing Science Measurement team is responsible for interpreting the performance of advertising on our platform. We work with advertisers to optimize their activity on the platform and build meaningful connections that help drive behavior change.

As a Measurement Analyst, you will support the Travel, Tech, and Telco verticals, with a primary focus on Tech clients. You will work closely with Measurement Partners and cross-functional teams to help advertisers understand their campaign performance, analyze data-driven insights, and support strategic measurement initiatives. This role requires someone curious about emerging platforms, comfortable working with large datasets, and familiar with campaign measurement or analytics.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze large datasets to evaluate campaign performance and identify key trends that drive advertising effectiveness.
- Support incrementality testing, experimentation, and campaign performance analyses to help advertisers improve their media strategies.
- Assist in data visualization, reporting, and insights generation, ensuring findings are clear, actionable, and valuable to clients.
- Work closely with Measurement Partners to support client measurement strategies and respond to business questions with data-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Data Science) to ensure measurement insights are aligned with broader company goals.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in digital advertising, auction-based media, and measurement methodologies to enhance internal and client knowledge.
- Contribute to internal best practices, documentation, and team learning efforts.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in campaign measurement, analytics, or media strategy within advertising, digital marketing, or an agency setting.
- Experience working with large datasets and strong analytical skills, preferably using tools like Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
- Knowledge of media buying, auction-based platforms, and ad effectiveness measurement.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics (CPM, CPC, ROAS, CTR, etc.) and A/B testing methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to interpret and communicate data insights in a compelling way through reports and presentations.
- Effective problem-solving skills with a curious and investigative mindset.
- Experience with incrementality testing, brand lift studies, or multi-touch attribution is a plus but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
