Description:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Performance Marketing Director to lead and execute strategies across our key digital marketing channels, including Paid Search, Paid Shopping, Paid Social, and Display/Video advertising. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong performance marketing background, able to drive revenue growth, achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), and optimize marketing spend to maximize efficiency and incrementality. In this role, you will oversee a team and work cross-functionally with Ecommerce, Analytics, agencies, and the broader Marketing team to meet campaign goals and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities:
- Lead strategy, optimization, and execution of paid digital marketing campaigns across core channels: Paid Search (Brand & Non-Brand), Paid Shopping, Paid Social, and Display/Video advertising.
- Achieve monthly and annual revenue and efficiency targets for performance channels, ensuring optimized spend and performance to meet or exceed goals.
- Lead campaign strategies to achieve objectives for upper funnel Paid Social and Display/Video channels (e.g., impressions, engagement, followers, etc.) while maintaining a high level of performance and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage performance marketing budgets within agreed targets and allocations, collaborating with the CMO, VP of Marketing, and Marketing Analytics teams to ensure optimal budget distribution.
- Regularly track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital channels, providing insights and recommendations on optimization. Provide reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Participate in the planning and execution of incrementality testing using platforms like Measured. Partner with the Marketing Analytics team to adjust marketing investments based on data-driven insights and results.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices. Attend industry conferences, meet with platform representatives, and regularly review market news to incorporate innovations into campaigns.
- Develop targeted strategies to separate and address Consumer and Trade audiences to ensure relevance and effectiveness across campaigns.
- Partner closely with the Ecommerce team to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates on the website through optimization of performance marketing strategies and landing page experiences.
- Manage and develop a team of digital marketing professionals and/or agencies to ensure continuous optimization of performance channels and campaign execution.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in performance marketing, with proven success leading campaigns across multiple digital channels (Paid Search, Paid Shopping, Display/Video, Paid Social).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience. Advanced certifications or training in digital marketing or performance advertising is a plus.
- Proven experience managing and developing high-performing teams and agencies.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Expertise in data-driven marketing, with the ability to analyze performance, optimize strategies, and make real-time adjustments based on key metrics (e.g., ROAS, CPA/CPO, CTR, CVR).
- Strong hands-on experience in at least one of the channels (Paid Search, Paid Shopping, Paid Social, Display/Video). Familiarity with tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and others is required.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to travel quarterly
