Position
The Associate Trust Officer specializes in supporting Senior Trust Officers in the management and administration of trusts. This individual participates in the collaborative and team-centric approach to client servicing across the Wealth Management division.

Compensation Range
The anticipated base salary range for this role is $100,000 to $110,000. Base salary for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. In addition, this role may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Position
The Associate Trust Officer specializes in supporting Senior Trust Officers in the management and administration of trusts. This individual participates in the collaborative and team-centric approach to client servicing across the Wealth Management division.
Responsibilities
- Assists Senior Trust Officers in managing trust and estate client relationships
- Manages the assets and income of trusts in accordance with trust or estate planning objectives
- Responsible for applying the provisions of trusts consistent with applicable statutes and regulations as well as meeting KYC, AML, and other regulatory compliance standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3-6 years of experience in fiduciary or trust field
- Experience with trust and estate administration for high net worth or ultra-high net worth individuals preferred
- CTFA a plus
Skills
- In depth product knowledge of fiduciary concepts and legal policies related to trust administration
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
