BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to be our next Divisional Clinical Manager/Registered Nurse Supervisor for our home health division in Hawaii.

You will be responsible for supporting the entire Division, spanning 3 service offices throughout the Islands (Honolulu, Maui and the Big Island).

Divisional Clinical Manager at BAYADA:
- Lead, inspire and motivate the team to provide exceptional care.
- Provide training and mentorship of Clinical Managers for 3 offices throughout the Islands.
- Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.
- Collaborate with Directors and Clinical Staff to ensure quality of service.
- Travel required.
If you're a Registered Nurse (RN), this could be your dream job!
- Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN in a home health setting.
- Supervisory experience.
- BSN highly preferred.
- Recent home health field experience a plus.
