Our main goal is to deliver a magical, personal digital experience where customers can shop, buy and learn everything Apple, wherever they are. Join Apple's ASO Operations team as a Systems Workflow Architect, where you will drive transformative changes to the infrastructure powering the Apple Online Store. You will ensure seamless integration, high performance, and scalability in digital content production, management, and distribution workflows. In this role, you will tap into your expertise in process and systems design to help architect a scalable e-commerce platform, championing innovative technologies that challenge conventional approaches. Collaborating with Product Management and Engineering teams, you'll define, develop, and implement new systemic capabilities and workflows for agile, efficient digital content production, management, and distribution. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Model and simulate the digital content supply chain to identify bottlenecks, using root cause analysis and systems thinking to implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
- Define system requirements and lead rapid prototyping, testing, and validation of technological solutions, applying independent judgment to select methods and evaluation criteria.
- Extract actionable insights from complex data sets to drive design decisions and optimize workflows using data-driven approaches.
- Communicate technical strategies and architectures to leadership and stakeholders, ensuring alignment throughout the product development lifecycle.
