The Investment team is responsible for finalizing partner tactical plans, communicating with the marketplace, managing plan changes and activating with the team.
Manager, Investment - Digital
The Investment team is responsible for activating all Digital (Display), Digital Audio and Digital OOH media.
A Manager possess all the skills of Sr Associates but also demonstrate an advanced level of leadership and engagement on their client accounts and functional team. Managers possess the skills to build innovative strategies for their clients and structure them tactically so that they can be executed efficiently. They can be relied upon to mentor a new team member or take over a client call, if needed.

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Compensation Range
$80,000-$100,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.

Responsibilities
- Build media plan off approved audience strategy and communications framework
- Hands on key board execution of programmatic media plans
- Be a team player - work within larger Investment teams
- Recommend, plan, and conduct testing opportunities
- Check, provide final feedback on partner RFPs and issue RFP to marketplace
- Step in as point person of escalation for all partner related planning items
- Provide team with any necessary tactical revisions for partner proposals and help shape big ideas.
- Effectively communicate, including the ability to develop a deep understanding of client needs/goals and relate insights directly
- Build relationships with and manage partners, negotiating service levels or pricing details, ensuring media delivery.
- Manages budget replans for channel
- Ensures campaigns hit measurement feasibility for channel
- Recommends optimizations within channels/partners
- Be ready to "roll up your sleeves" to get the job done.
- Create effective analyses and case studies of their work to be shared with the client and functional team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or communications
- 3+ years of work experience managing accounts focused on delivering and optimizing digital and audio marketing and/or other interactive advertising campaigns.
- Experience creating and managing campaigns in multiple programmatic DSP's (Amazon and DV360 preferred), optimizing towards different KPI's, especially around awareness tactics (CPM, Cost Per Completed View, R/F, etc)
- Experience working across several media channels and take part in tactical planning (per cycle).
- Understanding of various digital and audio audience data sources and experience with building audiences
- Experience curating and troubleshooting inventory from both public and private sources
- Must having strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Includes Pivot Table creation and manipulation, Vlook up functions etc.
- Proficient understanding and experience with Ad Trafficking and Verification partners (IAS/DV/Moat/etc)
- Confident in analyzing and acting on marketing data
- Self-starter, capable of setting goals and reporting progress against them
- Attention to detail in a multi-tasking, fast-paced business environment.
