The Ownership Operations team develops differentiated store experiences and supports Retail performance by analyzing and innovating the customer journey.
In this role you will lead and strategically guide the team that creates the Customer Experience programs that bring best in class customer and employee experiences at Apple Retail Stores. You have a deep passion for Apple's products and mission, and love to think strategically about how to innovate the customer experience and drive performance.

Description
- Lead and develop a team to meet the challenges of a rapidly evolving Retail landscape to deliver on Apple Retail goals.

- Drive analysis of retail performance trends, customer insights, buyer surveys, and external market research to inform future customer experience strategies.

- Innovate and develop only at Apple customer experiences through deep customer insight analysis and understanding of industry trends.

- Distill complexity to guide teams in creating simple and elegant solutions that can be adopted in Retail Stores globally.

- Own and drive the development of program and process improvements in partnership with global and geo cross functional teams.

- Collaborate with peers across the organization to help design, build, and lead the execution of future programs and priorities for Apple Retail.

- Contribute to an inclusive environment through respecting each others' differences and having the curiosity to learn.
