Our business has been running for 30 years and we are the number one trusted partner to studios and producers for public performance licensing. MPLC is a key player in the entertainment and intellectual property ecosystem.

If you need a bit more information... You'll develop and manage a sales operation targeting small businesses across diverse industries. Additionally, you'll oversee inbound inquiries from various channels (web chat, etc.) and ensure they're nurtured and converted into qualified leads.
You'll be responsible for building a high-performing SMB Sales Team: hiring, onboarding, coaching, and developing your team to achieve and exceed sales targets. You'll also be involved in strategic planning and execution, developing and implementing strategies to maximize lead generation and pipeline growth. Providing ongoing coaching and feedback to help your team members improve their skills and reach their full potential is another key aspect of the role. You'll monitor team metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize performance. Collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive approach to lead generation and nurturing is essential.
