We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician (MD/DO) to join our team in a part-time or full-time capacity.Position Overview

- Patient Care: Assess, diagnose, and develop personalized care plans for adult patients.
- Chronic Disease Management: Treat and manage conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma.
- Specialized Services: Provide HIV/AIDS care, PrEP, and transgender healthcare services.
- Collaboration: Work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Patient Education: Empower patients with knowledge and self-management strategies.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR).
- Active NP license in Colorado.
- Master's degree in Nursing and board certification.
- Active, unrestricted medical license to practice in Colorado.
- Experience or strong interest in HIV/AIDS care, PrEP, and transgender healthcare is preferred.
- Commitment to working with diverse patient populations.
- Strong communication skills and dedication to patient confidentiality.
