Reporting to the Director, Strategy and Operations for Loblaw Digital, the Manager, Strategy & Operations will work closely with cross-functional leaders and their teams to develop strategic plans that identify opportunities, risks and key results to measure outcomes. This role will also support on cross-functional strategic projects for the Loblaw Digital leadership teams.

What You'll Do

Support business leadership teams to be more productive and successful by:
  • Supporting on cross-functional strategic projects by conducting research and analysis, developing models, and preparing materials for project updates and readouts
  • Creating executive presentation materials for internal and external meetings, including content for leadership offsites, team meetings, and external partner discussions
  • Conducting analyses and developing insights to support business and product decisions, including market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams across Loblaw Digital and the broader Loblaw enterprise on key initiatives and projects
  • Supporting the development of materials for the annual strategic planning process and tracking progress and reporting against key programs
  • Leading coordination of key rituals including leadership meetings and offsites, workshops, and company-wide Strategy events


Does this sound like you?
  • Bachelor degree in Business, Economics, Software/Engineering, or related field
  • 3-4 years of work experience in consulting, private equity, corporate strategy or similar roles at technology or digital retail companies
  • Demonstrated cross-functional project leadership experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and demonstrated analytical capabilities
  • Thrive in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work with diverse stakeholders and communicate complex information in a simple way
  • Experience with building presentations and compiling briefing materials
  • Self starter, independent, and ambitious with a passion for digital consumer technology
