POSITION: Senior Field Service Representative High-Capacity Communications

Systems (HCC)

LOCATION: Stafford, VA

STATUS: Full time - Contingent

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience: 5-12 years of related experience
  • Citizenship and Clearance: U.S. Citizen with Active Secret Clearance, or ability to obtain one
  • Travel: Ability to travel up to 25%
  • Skills: Above average proficiency in Microsoft Office products; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Strong problem-solving skills; Ability to work independently or with a team


DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Management
  • Significant Experience: Electromagnetic Warfare Systems, High-Capacity Communications

Systems, Tactical Communications Systems
  • Educational Training: Defense Acquisition University courses (Defense Acquisition Management Policies and Procedures). Proficiency in, and knowledge of, Electromagnetic Warfare theory of operation to provide training on solutions for both beginning and advanced operators to enable those users to successfully operate said equipment.


PRIMARY DUTIES:
  • Provide training and maintenance support to users for PMO/PO systems.
  • Train users on systems fielding conducted by the Programs.
  • Support implementation and troubleshooting to assist with deployed solutions installation activities such as system setup, configuration, functional checkout, fault identification, system conditioning as well as de-installation of equipment.
  • Provide critical communication from field users, specifically informing the applicable Program Analyst and Lead and the Contracting Officer Representative of all incidents that involve PMO-fielded equipment, users, and/or personnel.
  • Conduct scheduled and unscheduled (as needed) preventative maintenance on the PMO/PO systems and communicate the systems' status to the applicable team responsible for sustainment of the system.
  • Provide support to the installation teams with the fielding and integration of systems and IAW approved fielding plans by providing technical support and acting as the communication channel between the Program and the units that receive PMO solutions.
  • Participate as a member of equipment fielding and installation teams by facilitating coordination of fielding efforts, traveling to fielding locations, and supporting the inventory and issue process.
