Job Location: Detroit, MI
Salary: $130k-$160k + Bonus + Benefits + 401k Match
Requirements: 5+ years as a construction Project Manager with a focus in Multifamily construction
This is a full time/ permanent position with a 200-person general contractor with many upcoming Multifamily projects. They are well established with consistent work and a backlog of projects.
The PM responsibilities will include project planning, budget management, develop project schedules, and be the main point of contact for client, architects, engineers, etc.

What You Will Be Doing
- Manage all phases of the project
- Assure construction meets established quality standards
- Identify and implement method and systems for achieving cost savings
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with owners, architects, engineers, etc.
