THE WORK
As a Subcontract Administrator at Sikorsky, you will play a critical role in the 53K program by managing the procurement of dynamic systems materials. You will develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions, ensuring they meet the rigorous standards of the program. Your responsibilities will include preparing bid packages, conducting bidders' conferences, developing evaluation criteria, and analyzing and evaluating proposals to select or recommend the best subcontractors. You will negotiate subcontract provisions, prepare subcontract packages for review, and administer the resulting subcontracts. Additionally, you will manage subcontract suppliers to ensure on-time delivery, and coordinate any necessary additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts. In collaboration with contracts administration and purchasing, you will also contribute to the development of subcontract policies and procedures. Depending on your level of authority, you may sign supplier agreements and purchase orders.

You are an experienced procurement professional with a background in subcontract management, particularly within aerospace or defense programs. You bring strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage supplier relationships. You are adept at ensuring that all subcontract agreements are aligned with program requirements and are skilled at handling changes to contracts with efficiency and precision.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree from an accredited college
Previous supply chain experience.
SAP or similar ERP experience
Knowledge of FAR/ DFAR
Desired skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Familiar with Government contracting (TINA)
Negotiation Skills
P2P experience
Experience as SCA or SCM within Sikorsky Supply Chain

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $69,900 - $123,280. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
