Job Title: Certified Surgical Technician
Job Specialty: Operating Room

Shift: Days/Evenings/Nights; 4x10
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Experience: 1 year of operating room experience preferred
License: Not specified
Certifications: CST & BLS required
Must-Have: COVID Vaccines, Booster, and 2024-2025 flu vaccine required at time of submission; Attestation accepted for the flu vaccine if not currently vaccinated
Job Description:
- Perform surgical scrub duties and assist the surgical team during operative procedures.
- Manage and maintain the sterile field during surgical procedures.
- Work collaboratively with surgical team members in preparing and processing surgical supplies and equipment.
- Facilitate a safe and efficient environment for surgical patients.
- Cases include vascular procedures such as femoral-popliteal bypass, abdominal aortic aneurysm repair, carotid endarterectomy, arteriovenous fistula creation, and vein ligations.
- Support cases in orthopedic surgery, spine surgery, general surgery, gynecology, robotic surgery, and ophthalmology.
- Participate in weekend rotations and be available for on-call duties as required.
