Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and manage our commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and glazing, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for commercial construction projects
• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the project from inception to completion
• Manage relationships with clients, contractors, and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the commercial construction industry
• Experience with glazing projects is highly desirable
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
