Keysight Technologies Inc. seeks a Service Engineer Supervisor with demonstrated experience in servicing the calibration and repair needs of high-tech customers. The chosen candidate will lead a team of technicians and/or engineers, working collaboratively to deliver calibration and repair support for customer units. This full-time position, based in Roseville, California, is responsible for ensuring service excellence, technical performance, customer satisfaction, and adherence to quality and regulatory standards for the Power Supplies and Network Analyzers team. The role requires a strong focus on expanding team capacity and capability while driving productivity improvements and reducing costs.
This position requires proven leadership abilities and strong people management skills to effectively lead a growing, multi-shift operation of technicians/engineers. Effective communication and partnering skills across internal teams as well as with external customers is a must. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of the assigned personnel.

Required Qualifications1. Associates Degree in Electronic Technology or equivalent or 5 + years relevant technical experience.
2. Experience managing a calibration and repair team for test and measurement equipment.
3. Practical experience and ability to solve problems requiring breadth/depth of knowledge of repair, calibration, metrology principles, repair and preventative maintenance techniques equipment and processes.
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, activities & deadlines successfully.
5. Basic knowledge of metrology principles and measurement uncertainties.
6. Strong leadership skills biased toward communications, employee development, and management-by-objectives.
7. Demonstrated track record of maintaining strong customer relationships with supporting metrics.
8. Familiarity with LEAN and Six Sigma to drive process improvements and efficiency gains.
9. Demonstrated effectiveness in communicating plans & objectives to a technical team.
10. Excellent communications skills & experience in building relationships across organizations.
11. Have 5+ years' experience operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing and calibrating electronic precision measurement equipment and calibration standards.
Desired Qualifications
1. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent or 10 + years relevant technical experience required.
2. 5+ years' experience managing a calibration and repair team for test and measurement equipment.
3. Practical experience with RF passive devices and ability to solve complex problems requiring breadth/depth of knowledge of repair, calibration, metrology principles, repair and preventative maintenance techniques equipment and processes.
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, activities & deadlines successfully.
5. Detailed knowledge of metrology principles and measurement uncertainties.
6. Strong leadership skills biased toward communications, employee development, and management-by-objectives.
7. Demonstrated leadership in complex technical areas.
8. Demonstrated track record of maintaining strong customer relationships with supporting metrics.
9. Functional experience in Six Sigma projects to drive process improvements and efficiency gains
10. Demonstrated effectiveness in communicating plans & objectives to a technical team.

Pay Range:
USD $90,790.00 - USD $151,320.00 Year
Note: For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region. The level of this role will be based on applicable experience, education, and skills; most offers will be be between the minimum and the midpoint of the salary range listed.
