Roles& Responsibilities:

• We need strong,hands-on migration experts who can lead and execute this end-to-end migration,working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition withminimal disruption. Automation, efficiency, and performance optimization arekey to meeting our aggressive timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, andmaintain database systems using Oracle and SQL Server.
• Perform databasedesign and development, including the creation of stored procedures, triggers,and views.
• Experience indatabase administration, architecture, and migrations.
• Strong hands-onexperience in OLTP replication design, data warehousing architecture, anddatabase automation.
• Proven experiencemigrating complex Oracle environments (Oracle 11g/12c/19c) to Azure SQL or MSSQL (on-prem).
• Expertise in OracleGoldenGate, Azure Data Factory, and SSIS for real-time and batch datareplication.
• Strong experience inPL/SQL to T-SQL conversion and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experiencewith Azure SQL (PaaS) and MS SQL (IaaS & on-prem), including security,backup & recovery, and performance tuning.
• Strong analytical andtroubleshooting skills, with the ability to solve complex migration challenges.
• Migrate existingdatabases from Oracle to SQL Server, ensuring data integrity and optimalperformance.
• Implement and managedistributed database techniques to ensure high availability and scala bility.
• Troubleshoot andresolve complex technical issues related to databases.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree incomputer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years ofexperience in database development with Oracle and SQL Server.
• Proven experience inmigrating databases from Oracle to SQL Server.
• Expertise indistributed database techniques and high availability solutions.
• Proficiency in Unixshell scripting.
• Proficiency in SQL,PL/SQL, and T-SQL programming.
• Solid understandingof database performance tuning and optimization.
• Excellentproblem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strongcommunication and teamwork skills.

Salary Range: $67,100-$107,000 a year
