Position Overview:
The Business Development Director (BDD) will be responsible for managing and growing physician relationships and Accountable Care Organization (ACO) partnerships across Texas. This position is designed to drive census growth by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to increase referral volume through strategic partnerships with physicians, hospitals, and ACOs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development within healthcare, a deep understanding of the Texas market, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, including liaisons and hospital partners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with key physicians, and ACO partners to identify and create new opportunities for referrals.
- Work closely with the liaison team to align marketing strategies and ensure smooth execution of referral initiatives.
- Collaborate with hospital teams to identify areas for growth and implement initiatives aimed at increasing referral volume.
- Lead efforts to expand and deepen ACO partnerships across the region, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.
- Identify market trends and emerging opportunities within the Texas healthcare landscape to position the company as a preferred partner.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans aimed at driving census growth across facilities in Texas.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on business development performance, market trends, and opportunities.
- Assist with the onboarding and training of liaisons as it relates to partnership and referral management.
- Participate in regional industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company's services and build relationships.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of business development experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with physician groups, ACOs, and hospital systems.
- In-depth knowledge of the Texas healthcare market and strong local network of healthcare professionals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and clinical staff.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive initiatives that result in measurable outcomes.
- Ability to travel as needed across the Texas region.
