Your Core Contributions to the Team
The Business Development Manager will have strong analytical skills and the ability to make fast decisions based on performance data. This is an entrepreneurial environment where hard work is recognized, offering the opportunity to advance quickly and grow within an established business with proven technology. Responsibilities include:
  • Manage P&L with different stakeholders to meet targets; coordinate with data, content, and PPC teams.
  • Understand analytical data and translate it into revenue growth.
  • Establish mutually beneficial partnerships with leading brands in a variety of eCommerce and lead generation verticals.
  • Consistently liaise with clients to stay apprised of changes to client products or services and communicate changes to the teams in advance.
  • Conduct competitive intelligence to understand advertiser KPIs; constantly ask questions and gather useful information from new and existing vendors.
  • Identify daily fluctuations in brand performance, troubleshooting issues with vendors to minimize negative impact.
  • Grow client budgets by establishing, achieving, and monitoring performance targets.
  • Maintain detailed, organized notes for each partner; ensure vendor information is constantly up to date using proprietary CMS.

About You
Knowledge, Abilities, and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated 90th+ percentile on a math aptitude test.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Ability and desire to understand clients' businesses and needs.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Extremely proactive and responsive in communications and actions.
  • Able to multi-task and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organization, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

Everything Else
This position reports to our Vice President of Business Development and is an exempt position.
