Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: $80,000 - $100,000, based on experience, plus performance-based bonuses.
- Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 for BCBAs who join in March!

Role Overview:
We are looking for passionate BCBAs to join our growing team and make a real impact in the lives of children with autism in Utah. Your role will include:
- Performing functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing tailored treatment plans.
- Providing direct ABA therapy to children in home and community environments.
- Supervising and mentoring RBTs, ABATs, BCATs, and Behavior Technicians to ensure effective treatment plan implementation.
- Working closely with families, schools, and other professionals to provide holistic care.
- Collecting and analyzing data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Engaging in team meetings and ongoing professional development to continue your growth in the field.
Qualifications:
- BCBA Certification is required.
- Utah LBA certification.
- Prior experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
- Experience as an ABAT, RBT, or Behavior Technician is required.
- Experience as an Assistant Analyst is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Spanish-speaking skills are a plus!
