Inviting applications for the role of Enterprise Architect-Supply Chain Management Consulting
Skills - Genpact LLC seeks Enterprise Architect-Supply Chain Management Consulting (multiple positions) in Richardson, TX to develop conceptual, logical, and physical aspects of Supply Chain solutions to improve and enhance business processes. Apply knowledge and expertise to Demand Planning and Demand Supply Chain Balancing, S&OP (Sales and Operations Plan), Demand Management, Inventory Management, Production and Capacity Planning and Distribution Requirement planning. Create functional requirements and assess and develop streamlined conceptual design by understanding complex functionality requirements ensuring that performance of solutions is a top priority. Leverage Lean, Six Sigma, and Genpact proprietary process methodologies to facilitate companies in the defining and implementation of better strategies, processes, and tools in the Supply Chain Management domain. Design ETL (Extracts, Transforms, Loads) development to support process and technology solution improvements. Design robust, scalable, stable, and reliable solutions in Supply Chain Management domain by taking into consideration complex end-user requirements from global users. Deliver corresponding technology solution along with persistence, business process logic, and UI (User Interface) layer according to agreed timelines. Conducts User Training and Coordinates User Acceptance Testing on the Solution developed. Manage deliverables and deliver them in alignment with project timelines. Coordinate activities associated with the roll-out of technology solution/application. Lead appropriate configuration and design to overcome current planning challenges for the client. Identify process improvements for database performance, reliability, and stability. Implement best practices to maintain optimal performance and optimized SQL queries for maximum efficiency. Provide project leadership for multiple concurrent projects and support and mentor architects. Act as main point of contact with the customer. Define strategy between the technology solution and other key applications within the customer application architecture. Lead one or more practice advancement initiatives (e.g., designing and presenting training course, developing a market sector, leading segments of internal meetings). Create and deliver product demonstrations to prospects across multiple technologies.
Education - Position requires a Bachelor's degree in an Engineering (all), Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, or related field and five (5) years of progressively responsible post-Bachelor's experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Foreign degree equivalents are acceptable. Position headquartered in Richardson, TX with placement at project sites nationally within the United States with approximately 18% of travel required.
