Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with other department teams to implement system builds and new software.
  • Develop and implement integration plans, including schedules, testing strategies, and risk assessments
  • Lead weekly implementation and planning calls with customer and internal specialists.
  • Provide technical support and training for new customer implementations.
  • Travel as needed for project planning and project implementation including providing hands-on management for customer implementations.
  • Ensure compliance standards and regulations in new projects.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and team members.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Address and resolve project issues promptly.
  • Provide regular project status updates and reports.
  • Coordinate triage for medium and high severity field issues by collecting and distributing facts and coordinating cross-functional resolution team that may include customer and third party partners
  • Ownership for hardware purchasing and equipment inventory
  • Take ownership of the technical platform, ensuring its performance, scalability, and alignment with project goals.
  • Drive improvements in project execution and processes, identifying opportunities for greater efficiency and innovation.
  • Become a knowledgeable advocate for the system, providing support and guidance during troubleshooting calls.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or certification in technical field or related work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical systems administrator role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in technical skills, including networking, and administration of Windows/Linux systems and software.
  • Strong understanding of the gaming industry and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills.
