Key Responsibilities:
- Provide emergency and critical care to animals in need of immediate medical attention.
- Perform diagnostic tests, medical procedures, and treatments to stabilize and care for patients.
- Administer medications and develop individualized treatment plans for each patient.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding their pets' health, treatment options, and ongoing care.
- Collaborate with a talented team of veterinary professionals to ensure top-tier care for all patients.
Qualifications:
- Education: DVM or equivalent degree.
- Licensing: Must be licensed to practice veterinary medicine in the state of Texas.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in emergency veterinary medicine is preferred; however, new graduates with a passion for emergency care will be considered.
- Skills: Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills are essential to effectively treat and engage with both patients and clients.
