About the Role:
The IT Client Partner serves as the primary relationship manager between the organization and its clients. This role involves driving client satisfaction, business growth, and successful delivery of IT services and solutions. The Client Partner collaborates closely with internal teams and clients to understand business needs, develop strategies, and ensure the highest level of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations.
Function as the main point of contact for client escalations and critical business needs.
2. Strategic Planning and Growth:
Understand the client's business strategy and IT landscape to identify opportunities for additional value.
Propose and negotiate new IT solutions and services to drive business growth.
Develop account plans and strategies to meet revenue and profitability targets.
3. Service Delivery Oversight:
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure services are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
Monitor project performance and resolve any issues impacting client satisfaction.
4. Stakeholder Engagement:
Engage with C-level executives and decision-makers to align IT solutions with business objectives.
Facilitate regular business reviews and performance assessments with clients.
5. Market and Industry Insights:
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies relevant to clients' industries.
Provide insights and recommendations to clients for leveraging new technologies and innovations.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
Proven experience in IT services, account management, or client relationship management roles.
Strong understanding of IT solutions, infrastructure, and services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex client accounts and meet revenue targets.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
Ability to travel as needed to meet client and business demands.
Preferred Certifications:
ITIL, PMP, or other relevant certifications.
