Description:

Meta is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Partner Manager to lead key relationships with top partners in the Wearables Industry, including AI Glasses partners. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing partnership strategies that drive growth, building trusted C-Suite relationships, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver results.

Strategic Partner Manager, Wearables Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage partnership strategies from deal development to product launches, focusing on growth and delivering results.
  • Identify and analyze complex business problems and develop novel, impactful solutions. Develop recommendations and a clear, substantiated point-of-view on a plan of record. Exhibit a solutions-oriented approaches to issues, driving to timely resolutions
  • Build and maintain durable, long-term relationships with leadership at partner companies, as well as internal stakeholders within Meta. Effectively communicate strategic recommendations and updates to executive leadership.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business development, marketing, operations, data science, engineering, product management, legal, and policy teams to ensure alignment and preparation for partner meetings.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders working on partnerships, including AI Glasses partnerships. Advocate for partner needs internally and for strategies that drive more durable partnerships.
  • Analyze key business metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive change for both partners and internally within Reality Labs.


Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in a partner-facing role on the technology or consumer electronics industries
  • Sound business judgment and experience to prioritize and triage partner-related issues, develop solutions, and effectively motivate internal and external stakeholders to work towards a common goal
  • Highly strategic and experienced in leading cross-functional teams to orchestrate, collaborate, and successfully seize opportunities
  • Experience with a time-sensitive, always-on, start-up environment
  • Innovative, resourceful, detail-oriented, highly organized and communication skills
  • BA/BS Degree


Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA degree
  • Business experience in hardware, accessories and devices partnerships, hardware / software partner management, consulting
  • High degree of technical competence or technology curious and motivated to learn
  • Fantastic interpersonal skills and experience developing trusted working relationships, garner respect, and grow influence inside and outside a product organization
  • Skilled at navigating, understanding, and enforcing contracts
  • High awareness of public policy matters and their influence on high tech business strategy
  • Prior experience in business engagements

$159,000/year to $223,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
