Technology Alliance Manager

Safe Software is looking for a Technology Alliance Manager to join the Partner Alliance team. Reporting to the Chief Business Development Officer, the Technology Alliance Manager will play a key role in the Partner Alliance team by identifying, recruiting, and onboarding strategic technology alliances and large system integrators that can deliver results and drive revenue growth. This role requires a proven leader with a minimum of 10 years of experience in building and scaling partner ecosystems within enterprise software and SaaS sectors.

About The Team

The Partner Alliances team is responsible for leading and executing our global alliance and system integrator strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and nurturing high-potential partners, including major system integrators, to drive business growth and market expansion.

You will own the end-to-end partner lifecycle, from strategic alignment and enablement. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, relationship management, and execution to maximize the impact of our partnerships and accelerate revenue growth.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Technology Alliance Manager, you will:

  • Identify and Recruit: Seek and establish strategic partnerships with technology companies, system integrators, and engineering firms that align with company objectives and target large enterprise clients.
  • Onboard and Enable: Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new technology partners, providing necessary training and support to enable them to sell effectively and achieve a swift path to their first successful deal.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong C-level relationships with technology partners, acting as a liaison between the partner and internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment.
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Collaborate closely with the partner to develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies and business plans that help drive revenue growth from their customers.

Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies

Required skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in partner management, business development, leadership and alliance strategy within the SaaS and enterprise software sectors.
  • A proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding targets through strategic technology partnerships.
  • Demonstrated success in negotiating high-value partner agreements and building successful partner programs.
  • Experience working with Fortune 500 and Fortune 5000 enterprises, with a focus on building executive-level relationships.
  • Leadership experience in partner-related integrations during mergers or acquisitions.
  • Exceptional cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and excellent communication skills.
  • Proven ability to succeed in high-growth, dynamic environments.
  • Natural leader with high emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of creating scalable systems.
  • Resilient and adaptable in a fast-changing business environment.
  • Collaborative team player with a hands-on approach and "no task too small" mindset.
