As a Staff Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our partners stay informed and equipped to leverage Mailchimp's evolving product suite and thought leadership content effectively.
In this role, you will develop scalable enablement programs, educational content, and strategic marketing initiatives that drive adoption and engagement. You will be responsible for planning and operationalizing holistic marketing content strategies, including multi-channel content calendars, cross-functional content sourcing, and content development to ensure consistent and impactful messaging across various marketing channels.
Working cross-functionally, you will translate complex product updates into clear, actionable insights for both partners and internal teams. You will also leverage data and insights to continuously refine enablement strategies and optimize content for maximum engagement and conversion.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enablement strategies to help Service Partners stay up to date on Mailchimp product releases & features and thought leadership reports.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing content strategies that align with overall business objectives and target audience needs
- Plan and operationalize holistic marketing content strategies, including multi-channel content calendars, cross-functional content sourcing, and development.
- Create FAQ documents, email communications, knowledge based articles, and other educational content to support partners.
- Translate technical product updates into clear, digestible content for a non-technical audience.
- Ensure Service Partners understand how to implement new product features and position them effectively to their customers.
- Partner with the Customer Education team to develop training materials and learning modules.
- Collaborate with Analytics and Revenue Operations to measure and quantify the impact of partner marketing programs and co-marketing activities and implement process improvements as needed.
- Work cross-functionally to develop processes and infrastructure, including systems, analytics, and campaign strategies.
- Work closely with partner and product marketers to leverage enablement materials and tools that support Service Partners, generating new pipeline and sales acceleration opportunities.
- Gather insights from Partner Development Managers (PDMs) and Service Partners to identify knowledge gaps and develop solutions to address them.
