Description

Trinity Glen in Winston Salem, NC is looking to hire a Weekend Nurse (RN)!

Pay and Benefits:

• $5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS (paid out in increments over the first year of employment)
• Base pay starts at $39 per hour (see additional pay details below).
• Full-time weekend position
• Schedule: Every Saturday & Sunday 16-hour shifts
• Daily Pay available. Access earned pay on a daily basis prior to normal pay day
• Benefits start after 30 days of employment, including insurance and PTO
• FREE Health Insurance Premium Option available!

Additional Pay:

• 2nd shift diff $3.00/hour
• 3rd shift diff of $2.00/hour
• Pay in lieu of benefits $3.00 extra per hour!
