Job Description
An experienced Production Manager is needed to oversee pre-production, on-site execution, and post-production for a diverse range of projects, including product launches, brand activations, pop-ups, exhibitions, conferences, and permanent installations. This role requires a calm, decisive, and agile leader with strong communication skills to manage multiple fast-paced projects with short lead times.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee installations and activations across multiple disciplines.
Manage budgets, construction plans, and production schedules.
Interpret and communicate technical drawings and briefs.
Ensure high-quality standards for both office and site work.
Lead and coordinate crew, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Prepare and adhere to Health & Safety documentation.
Reconcile budgets and conduct post-event debriefs.
Requirements
Desired Skills & Experience:
10+ years of experience managing event installations and activations.
Strong construction knowledge and familiarity with workshop and on-site techniques.
Proven ability to make quick, independent decisions.
Expertise in technical production and budget management.
Experience with client communications, team leadership, and logistics.
Benefits

Los Angeles, CA (with US-wide and possible international travel).
Standard hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (extended hours/weekends as needed).
