The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining existing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth with existing accounts. This role reports to the VP of Sales and for the right candidate, has an excellent opportunity for advancement. What the Account Manager role looks like:
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, acting as their main point of contact.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand business within existing accounts.
  • Account Strategy: Work closely with clients to understand their goals and create tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Problem-Solving: Address client concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functionally with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track key account metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to improve client engagement.
  • Contract & Renewal Management: Oversee contract negotiations and ensure timely renewals.


What our ideal candidate looks like:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-5 years of account management, sales, or customer service experience in the transportation, logistics, or fleet maintenance industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Must be willing to travel up to 20% of the time


Work Environment:
  • Combination of office and field settings
  • Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs
  • Must be able to sit for up to 4 hours at a time
