Summary
The Sr. Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple enterprise-level IT and System Integration projects, monitoring project objectives, budget, and overseeing project issues and risks through development of mitigation strategies with Stakeholders to ensure successful execution and delivery of projects. The Sr. Project Manager will work closely with IT, business partners and corporate support teams to define scope, identify actionable deliverables, develop project schedules and resolve issues. Sr. Project Manager will be responsible for organizing and maintaining all the Systems Integrations Project communications and documentation to effectively communicate and report on status of projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead project planning and strategy development with project team and stakeholders
- Manage multiple project timelines, budget and resources to ensure successful completion of the project, including multiple Vendor's time and material for change order(s) and resources pertaining to project.
- Collaborate with other project managers and stakeholders to identify and implement best practices and continuous improvement strategies
- Work collaboratively with business unit partners and corporate support teams to execute project deliverables.
- Lead and participate in planning meetings to scope and prioritize project deliverables and ensure understanding of status of deliverables to maintain project plans and RAIDs
- Partner with Manager, System Integrations, Engineering/QA and Data management teams with development and implementation of APCO systems and enterprise data management solutions
- Facilitate impact analysis for all Projects to determine if any business or system risks with change, including providing recommendations to Senior Leadership on contingency plans or mitigation measures.
- Develop and maintain project plan, RAID Log, and WBS for each Project, including change orders, progress reports and budget reports.
- Manage project implementation through data validations and quality control measures to ensure continued success of projects
- Resolve project issues and conflicts in a timely and effective manner to avoid delays to project schedule.
- Coordinate with other project managers on the status of projects to report status, issues and risks to Senior Leadership team.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or other advanced degree preferred
- 5 years or more experience with managing multiple projects
- 5 years or more experience with leading projects in F&I Automotive industry
- Design Thinking and Process Design Experience is preferred
- Advanced analytical skills
- Demonstrate skill in working with a matrixed team focused on large complex initiatives
- Strong financial aptitude
- Expert understanding of cross functional business structures

Physical Demands:
- Some travel may be required for evaluation of program changes, including overnight stays.
- Duties will require employee to type and look at computer screen for long periods of the day.
