• Partner with an integrated care team, including physicians, mid-level providers, nurses, and care coordinators, to deliver seamless, coordinated care.
• Lead and guide Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners, ensuring consistent, high-quality care delivery.
• Participate in care planning and case discussions to create the best outcomes for complex cases.

Clinical Leadership

• Take full responsibility for patient care and clinical decisions.
• Ensure that medical protocols and standards are followed at the highest level.
• Lead by example and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.

Continuous Learning and Improvement

• Stay on top of the latest medical advancements and best practices.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and innovative care models.
• Actively seek feedback and use it to enhance patient care and practice performance.

Build Trust with Patients

What You Bring

Qualifications

• Board Certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics.
• 1-3 years of experience in primary care or internal medicine/pediatrics.
• Strong clinical background with a proven ability to manage diverse patient needs.
• Passion for patient care and a commitment to improving health outcomes.

• Clinical Expertise: Confident diagnosing and treating a wide range of health conditions.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using EMR systems (Allscripts preferred) for accurate and efficient documentation.

• Collaboration: Effective communicator and team player, comfortable working across multiple departments.
