Job Summary:
  • We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Civil Construction Project Manager to plan and supervise a wide range of field projects from start to finish. This person will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner
  • The Project Manager must be well versed in all construction methods and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and great organizational skills with a goal of ensuring all projects are delivered on time in compliance with all safety and quality requirements, without exceeding the budget.
  • Our ideal candidate would be having prior background includes i.e. Concrete Work, Electrical Work, Sports Fields Construction, Contract Parking Lots.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the overall planning and coordination of civil construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Determine the resources needed (Client, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, etc. to determine the specifications of the project
  • Monitor and enforce safety procedures, compliance with regulations, and quality control standards
  • Review and approve project documentation, including contracts, RFIs, change orders, and progress reports
  • Plan all construction operations and scheduling intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
  • Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics, etc. and provide guidance when needed
  • Provide regular updates to senior management, architects and owners on project status and progress
  • Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report any issues

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale civil projects.
  • Must be able to read blueprints.
  • In depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles.
  • Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Familiarity with Construction/Project Management software including Procore, Foundation, Bid 2 Win and Trimble is a plus.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • A team player with leadership abilities.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
