Job Description:

10 + experience in Management and complex troubleshooting issues on M365 Applications

Good experience and knowledge on Exchange online/Premise, MS Team Admin/Voice, ADFS, SharePoint, Active Directory, Azure AD.

Coordinate with technical teams and other stakeholders to resolve complex issues.

Roles & Responsibilities

Technically Lead the Project and provide guidance to team members

Provide functional and technical expertise in M365 to clients

Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Identifying and troubleshooting technical problems in existing or new systems Experience with administration of Microsoft Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, Azure Active Directory and ADFS.

Experience with modern authentication techniques, especially AAD Service Principals

Guide and train junior members in day-to-day procedures as necessary

Lead onshore and offshore resources technically.

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams and with different stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.

Continuously working with customer and understand the technical requirement and delivering the technical requirement.

Work closely with customers to understand their technical and business needs and design.
