Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical leader within the Intuit Assist for Virtual Experts team, driving signicant technology initiatives from conception through successful deployment
- Collaborate closely with AI research teams, Product Management (PM), and Experience Design (XD) to deliver seamless, AI-driven experiences.
- Lead the design and development of resilient, scalable, and secure services that support unique AI-driven product features for QuickBooks & Turbotax users
- Guide the team in adopting AI-driven innovation while maintaining a balance between operational excellence and engineering pragmatism
- Own and progress the technical vision and architecture for the team, ensuring alignment with Intuit's broader strategic goals
- Actively seek out novel AI technologies and methodologies that can be leveraged to enhance the customer experience, contributing to Intuit's position as a ntech innovator
- Mentor and develop engineering talent, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation
- Drive cross-functional initiatives with both technical and non-technical teams, ensuring smooth integration and deployment of AI capabilities
- Work with PM/XD/Research to synthesize user feedback and metrics to drive continuous product improvement and customer benets
