Director of Compliance - 1571

An ABA company is seeking an experienced Director of Compliance to oversee insurance submissions, manage and train the compliance team, and improve systems. This role will also be responsible for overseeing audits and ensuring the company maintains compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities Include:

• Insurance Submissions & Compliance:
  • Oversee the submission process for insurance claims, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with all insurance regulations and requirements.
• Team Management & Training:
  • Manage the compliance team, providing leadership, training, and development opportunities.
  • Ensure the team has the tools and resources to succeed and stay updated on compliance standards.
• Process Improvement & System Management:
  • Develop and implement processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of insurance submissions.
  • Work to streamline systems and ensure they are compliant with regulations.
• Audit Oversight:
  • Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring all findings are addressed and resolved promptly.
  • Work with auditors and ensure that all necessary documentation is provided.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Proven experience in compliance management, particularly within the insurance or ABA industry.
• Strong understanding of insurance regulations and submission processes.
• Leadership experience with the ability to manage and train a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
